Our Ethos
We are a home builder that loves to keep up to date with what's new in the building industry and incorporate green technology wherever possible. We take pride in building new homes that are fit for the future, whilst ensuring that extensions and renovations compliment the local surroundings .
You'll find that the tradespeople we use hold the same values. Our home building team are keen to retain the principles of traditional craftsmanship alongside high quality materials, carried out by skilled professionals to produce a building that will stand the test of time.
Our Team
Jim started his working life as an Apprentice Carpenter and Joiner in Ireland. He moved to London in 1980 where he became a Foreman working on the London Underground and the Nat West Tower. After specialising in loft conversions and home extensions for 25 years, Jim started building new homes in 2015 in his role as a Site Manager and has taken brown field sites to a housing developments of up to 40 homes. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, has SMSTS and has acheived a Level 7 NVQ in Senior Construction Management.
From a young age Luke was earning pocket money working alongside his dad Jim. Luke spent some time working in Australia before returning to the UK and training as a steel fixer and dry liner. He then joined a new home building company as an Assistant Site Manager and holds a Level 5 NVQ in Construction Management. For the past 3 years he has been running his own construction business.
Pauline has been working in construction management since 1993 when Jim first started his business. She will probably be your first point of contact and will be able to discuss your ideas with you. She helps plan projects, sources materials and tracks build progress.
